After any excursions, your driver returns you to the hotel. If you are arriving after a long international flight, you may prefer a peaceful afternoon in the gardens or an optional spa treatment.

After breakfast, transfer privately to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Amboseli.

Begin with an early breakfast before leaving camp with a picnic lunch for a full day of exploration.

Your guide follows recent wildlife activity, searching for predators and grazing herds while explaining the behavior unfolding around you. The shared drive allows more time at the sightings that interest your party, whether that means watching a lion pride or photographing elephants against the open horizon.

During the migration season, the route may focus on areas where the herds are present. Wildlife movements and river crossings remain unpredictable.

Enjoy lunch at a designated picnic spot before continuing through the reserve. Return to camp in the late afternoon to refresh before dinner.

Option 2: Experience the Mara from the Skies & Savannah

Depart before dawn for an optional hot-air balloon safari. As daylight spreads across the plains, drift above the landscape for a different perspective on the Mara.

After landing, enjoy a bush breakfast before continuing on a game drive, coordinated around the balloon operator and our team. Return to camp for lunch and time to relax.

The balloon experience carries an additional charge and is subject to availability, weather, and age restrictions.
